• Quotes and proposals are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
• A 50% deposit is required to commence any project unless otherwise agreed.
• Final payment is due upon project delivery and approval.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.

6. Revisions & Refunds

Each service includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Deposits are non-refundable. Full refunds are only issued if we fail to deliver agreed services.

7. Limitation of Liability

ADS Yaatra Creative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
